On behalf of the University of the Aegean, the Harokopio University of Athens, and the United Nations University (UNU-EGOV), we would like to inform you that due to the recent developments in Europe regarding the COVID-19 virus outbreak, and the decision of the Greek government to postpone all conferences in the country for a month (starting on 9 March), we have to postpone ICEGOV 2020 to a later time this year.
Within the next few days, we will commit our best efforts in collaboration with the conference patron and partners to set a new date for ICEGOV 2020. The conference will still be held in Athens, Greece, with the same overall programme, as currently published on www.icegov.org.
We will continue with the conference preparations and remain fully committed to the success of ICEGOV 2020. We thank you for your interest and work done so far, especially those in charge of thematic sessions and authors of accepted papers.

Q: Will the conference programme be the same?
A: We will try, as much as possible, to keep the same conference programme, sessions and speakers. However, some small adjustments may occur. Please access the programme page for the latest updates on this.
Q: I am an author/co-author of an accepted paper. Will my paper still be published?
A: All accepted papers will be published as normal, as long as at least one author presents the paper during the conference.
Q: I have already paid the registration fee. Will I be reimbursed?
A: Please contact us regarding this matter.
Q: I need to change my flights/accommodation. Can you help?
A: If you have booked accommodation with the local organisers (Convin), please email them at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will assist you in changing your accommodation. For flights or other bookings you have made personally, please click below to obtain a standard letter (.PDF) confirming the postponement of the conference.
